For people with disabilities finding job is a challenge but it is equally important and sometimes more difficult to maintain employment. To help with this Ukraine has adopted the State standard for the service of job coaching of different vulnerable groups in the workplace, including people with disabilities.

The manual on job coaching of people with disabilities in the workplace will be useful for NGOs and government organizations which provide this service. It contains guidance and tools for job coaching of people with disabilities.
