UNDP Procured ‘Pentaksym’ and Hib Vaccines

UNDP has finalized the procurement process and signed contracts with two companies - Pharmex Group LLC and M.Biotech Ltd to supply Pentaxim and HIB vaccines. In total, UNDP procured 936, 450 doses of vaccines with a total amount USD 9, 168, 765. The first medicines are expected to reach Ukraine in the period between June and August.

The European Parliament’s Needs Assessment Mission presented the Report and Roadmap on Reform of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for civil society, MPs, and Parliament’s Administration. “The theme and substance of this event amply underlines the crucial synergy between parliament and civil society in deepening the democratic transformation of Ukraine,” said Neal Walker, UN Resident Coordinator and UNDP Resident Representative in Ukraine, opening the conference.

UNDP has finalized the procurement process and signed contracts to supply medicines for patients with hemophilia A, B and von Willebrand disease with five different Ukrainian and international companies. The first medicines are expected to reach Ukraine in April.

The new electronic asset declaration consists of 16 information categories covering, in particular, real estate, construction in progress, valuable movable and immovable property, securities, corporate rights, intangible assets, and legal entities whose ultimate beneficiary is the subject of the declaration or his/her family members.
