Oksana Vlasenko (Ukraine)

Community Development Assistant

Oksana joined UNDP in 2020 as a Community Development Assistant at the EU/UNDP “Home-Owners of Ukraine for Sustainable Energy Solutions” (HOUSES) project.

She provides administrative support in the coordination of the countrywide network of UNDP community development associates and provides organizational assistance to projects which are implemented as part of UNDP’s Regional Development Programme.

Oksana holds a BA in Linguistics and is a graduate of international project management courses at the Project Management Institute and University of London. She has more than seven years of administrative work experience in international organizations. Before joining UNDP, Oksana was part of a team drafting project proposals for international donor assistance, she was responsible for organizing high-level internal and external business development events, and ensured the compliance with policies and procedures.

Oksana likes jogging and playing piano.
