The Parliamentary Reform Office (PRO) acts as an advisory group to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the VRU Secretariat, under the overall leadership of the VRU Chairperson.

The PRO was set up under the EU-UNDP Parliamentary Reform Project to provide more targeted support for parliament’s reform process.
