This analytical report on pilot assessment of the effectiveness of application of the Law of Ukraine “On Amending the Criminal Code of Ukraine as Regards Improving Protection of Professional Activity of Journalists” was prepared using the methodology for assessing the effectiveness of application of legislation. The document outlines the necessary additional tools and mechanisms for conducting a large-scale assessment.
