Proposals on improvement of expert assessment of draft laws (budget, inclusion, gender and anti-corruption components of expert assessment of draft laws, as well as expert assessment of draft laws for conformity with the EU acquis)

The study is aimed at providing assistance in in-depth and objective analysis of draft laws or other acts, identifying its likely positive and negative effects, if passed. The main objective of the study is analysis of progress in development of expert assessment of draft laws, studying international experience that may be adapted to the Ukrainian context, identifying areas of concern in expert assessment of draft laws, and preparing of recommendations and proposals on removing those.
