The analytical document revealing the essence and strengths of a comprehensive instrument of Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) as well as its advantages over regulatory impact analysis which is currently in place in Ukraine.  The document offers familiarisation with the international experience in regulation and impact assessment and contains proposals on the introduction of such assessment in Ukraine.
