Although the period of time that has elapsed since the start of the epidemic in Ukraine is not very long, all of us have already seen the seriousness of the consequences of not just the epidemic itself, but the measures required to contain it. The issue of providing social and administrative services is an exceptionally important one in the context of the current situation in Ukraine.
