The study was conducted by Ilko Kucheriv Democratic Initiative Foundation on the request of the Digital Solutions for Improved Access to Justice in Ukraine initiative which is part of the UNDP Human Rights for Ukraine Project with the financial support of the Global Programme on Strengthening the Rule of Law and Human Rights for Sustaining Peace and Fostering Development.

The Human Rights for Ukraine project is being implemented by UNDP and financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark. The project aims at to fostering inclusive and sustainable human development in Ukraine and to further promote ongoing democratization processes in the country, focusing on human rights and access to justice for all.
