Findings of Public and Stakeholders Survey on Socio-Economic Impact of the European Investment Bank’s Ukraine Early Recovery Programme: The First Phase

This report summarizes the findings of the first phase of a survey performed in order to assess the impact of the recovery efforts within the Ukraine Early Recovery Programme (UERP) on the socio-economic conditions of the population in the programme’s target regions.

In addition, the research findings reflect the attitudes of local communities and internally displaced persons regarding access to and satisfaction with the provision of public and social services, the level of trust in local authorities and self-government bodies, as well as the engagement of citizens, NGOs and other stakeholders in the UERP implementation process.
