Energy and Environment

UNDP is uniquely positioned to provide support to the process of mainstreaming the SDGs in Ukraine, performing its integrator’s role, by bringing many actors (including other UN agencies, CSOs, the private sector, government institutions and academia) to incorporate the SDGs in policymaking, planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation at the national and local levels.

Together with partners UNDP contributes to climate change mitigation and adaptation, and development towards a low-emission and climate-resilient economy, by removing policy bottlenecks, developing market mechanisms, and assisting municipalities in implementing energy-efficient solutions
